SUMMARY The Site Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing all phases of residential construction from demolition to final finishes. This role combines skilled carpentry with leadership, jobsite planning, customer service, quality control, and daily coordination. The Site Supervisor works closely with the Project Manager (PM) to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
