Millwright (Maintenance Technician) - Second Shift

Pay: $28.84/hour

Location: 100% On-site | Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

trak group is partnering with a growing manufacturing team to find a skilled Millwright who's ready to make an impact on second shift. This role is ideal for someone experienced in industrial maintenance with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who's excited to help launch a newly added shift.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot, modify, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment

Complete preventative maintenance and log details using a CMMS

Diagnose electromechanical issues to minimize unplanned downtime

Read AutoCAD drawings, blueprints, and schematics to support repairs

Support OSHA and HSE standards, including lockout/tagout procedures

Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Train junior employees and contribute to continuous improvement

What You Bring

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office

Strong skills in troubleshooting motors (120-600V), hydraulics, and servo systems

Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings

Millwright or Welding certification preferred
