2Construction Workers for TEMPORARY-Full Time employment, Will perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. Will clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. Will assist other craft workers.

No education required, no experience is required. Employer will offer 40hrs/week;

Monday-Friday;

8AM -

4PM depending on weather conditions. Workers are needed to begin work from 4/1/25

to 11/30/25. Job-site is currently in Gordo, AL. Workers will be paid no less than

$15.50/hr

returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid at

$16.96/hr. Overtime hours may vary, depending on weather or other conditions.

Driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.

Workers will be paid weekly by check.

The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law.

Employer

provide workers at no charge all

tools,

supplies

and

equipment

required

to

perform

the

job.

Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period.
