We're now hiring an Electrician Apprentice to join our growing Knoxville team!

This is an exciting opportunity to receive paid on-the-job training alongside a Licensed Master Electrician while contributing to meaningful home improvement work. If you're eager to learn, ready to work hard, and want to grow in the electrical trade, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist our licensed electrician with residential crawlspace and basement wiring
• Run new service lines to power essential waterproofing and repair equipment
• Work closely with installation teams to solve real problems for real people
• Gain hands-on experience while learning classroom theory
• Develop a strong understanding of residential electrical work in a supportive environment

What You Bring:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn the electrical trade
• Ability to work in crawlspaces and basements (we’ll train you!)
• Team-player attitude with great communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous construction or electrical experience a plus, but not required
