Responsible for maintenance, install, and repair of the ammonia refrigeration system. candidate must have good problem-solving skills and can organize tasks being performed. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be self motivated.

- maintain, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration system

- start up and shut down spiral freezer

- maintain temperature in freezer

- trained and experience in ammonia

- knowledge in maintenance

- diagnose mechanical problems

- install and repair equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications

- perform routine preventative maintenance of machinery and equipment

- follow good housekeeping guidelines

- ensure personnel safety, food safety, plant GMP's, and USDA requirements are followed
