Description We're looking for a Structures Project Manager to join the HMB team! Engaged professionals lies at the heart of our vision statement. - Leading and mentorship of junior staff while managing the completion of multiple transportation structures design tasks.
- Coordination with Sr Project Managers and other staff to meet schedule and budget requirements.
- Preparation of accurate presentation, design, and construction document details.
- Preparation of permit applications and submittal packages to agencies having jurisdiction.
- Coordination with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors and other parties associated with assigned projects.
- Development and adherence to project scope, schedules and budgets
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of roadway design
- Experience in people management or supervision is a plus
- PE certification is preferred
- Detail-oriented individual with strong technical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in standard industry software including MS Office
- Works well in multidisciplinary team environments with ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong oral presentation and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client needs and deadlines, as well as other assigned project parameters
