Residential Carpenter

We are a growing Custom Home Builder looking for experienced Residential Carpenters to join our team! Located on the island of Kauai, we are designing and building cutting-edge homes in one of the most beautiful tropical locations in the world.

What do you need to be a Journeyman Carpenter with us?

- At 3-6 years of experience in all phases of construction and carpentry
- A high level of competency in rough and finish carpentry
- A high degree of precision and attention to detail
- Ability to install framing, decking, cabinets, crown and base moldings, custom doors and windows, and complete all
other finish and trim carpentry work
- A complete understanding of all construction techniques, as well as related code compliance
- Ability to read blueprints
- A complete set of carpentry tools
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A dependable, professional, and dedicated work ethic
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to reliably commute to job sites (potentially the North or South shore)
