Note: The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $27 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

  • WORK SCHEDULE: 5 X 8'S
  • Perform all phases of carpentry including framing, siding, drywall, cabinetry, trim, and finish work
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings with precision
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy using hand and power tools
  • Install doors, windows, cabinetry, fixtures, and structural components as per specifications
  • Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and in compliance with OSHA safety standards
  • Collaborate with site leads and team members to meet project milestones and deadlines
  • Adapt to varied job site environments including residential, commercial, interior, and exterior spaces
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in all phases of carpentry
  • Must have your own tools of the trade
  • Must have reliable transportation?daily travel to and from job sites is required
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in both indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and ability to follow instructions from supervisors and GCs
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and professional
  • Be eligible to work in the United States
