Schedule & Pay Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:15 AM - 3-day weekends! $24/hour + weekly pay Contract-to-hire with long-term potential What You'll Do Set up, operate, and maintain production machines Monitor production for accuracy, efficiency, and safety Use calipers, micrometers, and hand/power tools to complete precision work Follow production procedures with close attention to detail Work closely with a team to ensure smooth operations What We're Looking For 6+ months experience with a punch press Working knowledge of measurement tools and high-speed machinery Ability to lift, move, and stay on your feet throughout your shift Strong communication and a team-first attitude High school diploma or equivalent Perks & Growth Merit-based raises and performance reviews Bonus and profit-sharing opportunities after hire Annual cost of living increases Career advancement from within Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.92 - $23.92/hr.
