Electrician**
We are seeking an experienced electrician to join our water solutions segment. This role involves executing all assigned tasks safely, effectively, and efficiently within the scope of maintenance electrician responsibilities. You will provide feedback on preventative maintenance to improve processes and note additional work required on inspected equipment. Additionally, you will respond to emergencies or unplanned work, including callouts, work on plant modifications for capital improvements, and participate in the operation of plant utility systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support and advance the site safety culture.
+ Utilize a strong background in preventative and predictive maintenance, reliability, and plant utilities to advance plant initiatives.
+ Apply working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
+ Possess equipment-specific knowledge of boilers, steam systems, DC power supplies (rectifier-transformers), and electrochemical processes.
+ Employ strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with others.
+ Demonstrate good analytical skills and experience in problem solving techniques aimed at root cause analysis and corrective actions.
+ Utilize project management skills and experience within a chemical manufacturing environment to advance plant initiatives.
+ Work with computerized maintenance management software (SAP PM preferred), Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word), and other computerized systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Electrical Journeyman certification.
+ Minimum of 2-3 years experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.
+ Technical training strongly preferred.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in math and reading comprehension.
+ Good computer skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in power tool operation, auto tech, trailer repair, truck repair, brake systems, preventative maintenance, and equipment maintenance.
+ Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and blueprints.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $39.00/hr.
