Construction Laborer

Aerotek is hiring Construction Laborers for an excavation company in Post Falls.

**What you will be doing**

Assist with site prep and dirt work for commercial and residential new construction projects

Use a shovel to help dig trenches for utilities and foundations

Assist with grading and sloping sites

Material handling, clean up, and other general labor

Communicate effectively with ground personnel and/or other operators using universal hand signals

**What you have**

1+ year of construction experience, preferably excavation experience

Willingness and ability to work outside in various weather conditions

Weekly pay - starts at $20 - $25+/hr (depends on experience)

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
