Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
A manufacturer in the Eastern Indianapolis region is seeking multiple machine operators to join their team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role involves operating industrial machines and requires a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate various industrial machines simultaneously, handling up to four machines at a time.
+ Utilize basic hand and power tools to change tooling as needed.
+ Employ quality instruments to ensure parts meet specified quality standards.
+ Perform repetitive manual lifting and pushing of materials throughout the department.
+ Ensure proper documentation of materials, batch numbers, and other relevant data per guidelines.
+ Maintain the ability to withstand heat and remain standing for 8 to 12 hours.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical aptitude and experience with machine operation.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Familiarity with blueprint reading and assembly.
+ Skill in using calipers and press operating.
+ Experience with laser operation and mechanical assembly.
+ Troubleshooting skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ At least 1 year of machine operating experience.
+ Consistent work history with 1+ year per job.

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, Indiana.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.
