Roofing/ General Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to perform a variety of general labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials, working outdoors for extended hours, and maintaining cleanliness by picking up trash. The role requires effective use of hand and power tools.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform general labor tasks efficiently.
+ Roofing of commercial buildings.
+ Load and unload materials safely and effectively.
+ Work outdoors for 10+ hours daily, regardless of weather conditions.
+ Maintain cleanliness by picking up trash regularly.
+ Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in construction and general labor.
+ Roofing, shingle work, metal roofing etc.
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Capability to work outdoors for extended periods.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to follow safety guidelines in accordance with safety policies.
+ Flexibility to work various hours and schedules.
+ Willingness and ability to learn new tasks.
+ Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
**Work Environment**
This role involves working outdoors all day in varying weather conditions, including heat. A high level of physical fitness and resilience is required to handle extended hours of outdoor labor.
