Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding per blueprints and specs.
  
  
• Fabricate, cut, bend, shape, and assemble metal parts.
  
  
• Set up and maintain welding equipment.
  
  
• Inspect welded assemblies for defects and ensure quality control.
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering/production teams for design and process improvements.
  
  
• Adhere to safety protocols, maintain PPE, and keep a clean workspace.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year welding/fabrication experience; welding certification preferred.
  
  
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, stick welding on steels and preferably aluminum/stainless.
  
  
• Ability to read blueprints and work with precision tools (torches, grinders, plasma cutters).
  
  
• Detail-oriented, with strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
  
  
• Welding certifications like AWS are a plus
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 7 hours at one time

working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
