A large, well known Signage Company is seeking an experienced Sign Fabricator to join their growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help build custom architectural signage — including channel letters, post and panel systems, wayfinding signs, and more. If you have strong metalworking and welding skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality, we want to hear from you.
Sign Fabricator Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble signs using production drawings and specifications
Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on aluminum and steel
Operate fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., brakes, shears, punches, saws, drill presses)
Take precise measurements to ensure components fit accurately
Select, cut, and modify materials to match job specs
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality standards
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
Report defective parts or issues to supervisors
Work collaboratively with production, installation, project management, and design teams
Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized workspace
Sign Fabricator Qualifications:
2+ years of architectural sign fabrication or metalworking experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques
Familiar with blueprint reading and measuring tools
- Must be able to pass a background check
