Were committed to delivering clean, professional results for both residential and commercial clients. Were currently hiring a reliable and experienced LVT Flooring Installer. Experience with carpet and hardwood flooring is a strong plus.
Position Summary:
As an LVT Flooring Installer, youll be responsible for installing LVT and vinyl plank flooring in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and can work independently or as part of a crew. Occasional work with carpet and hardwood may be available depending on your skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
*Install LVT and vinyl plank flooring (click-lock, glue-down, loose lay)
*Perform job site preparation, including leveling and patching subfloors
*Read and follow floor plans and installation specs accurately
*Communicate clearly with project managers, other team members and customers
*Maintain a clean work environment
*Occasionally assist with carpet or hardwood flooring installations (if experienced)
*Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
*3+ years of experience installing LVT or vinyl plank flooring
*Experience with carpet and/or hardwood flooring is a plus
*Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and flooring installation methods
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
*Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
*Must provide own tools
*Able to lift 75+ lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day
*Bonded
