Working Foreman Position Read The Ad

Fast growing construction/remodeling company (GC) looking to hire a full time working foreman.

My projects are on the south side.

I'm an investor as well as licensed Generator Contractor. We work only on our own buildings and I buy buildings all the time so there's endless work. FULL TIME/YEARLONG work.

The candidate shall have a vast experience in the construction trade as well as leadership qualities and managerial skills.

Duties are :

- working himself on a job site
- supervise a crew of 6-8 employees
- make sure that the work gets done right and on time
- put together list of materials needed
- attend inspections

WORKING FORMAN REQUIREMENTS :

This position is full time from Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

The compensation is 10/99 (self employed) and is hourly. $30/hour - $35/hour depending on your skills and experience.
