As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic , youll handle troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance on Kalmar and third-party equipment, ensuring peak performance through inspections and routine upkeep. Youll provide exceptional customer service with detailed reports, provide technical advice, and make a real impact while maintaining a safe work environment.

What you bring to the role
+ Qualifications : Technical diploma/certificate preferred; high school diploma or GED required; must have valid drivers license
+ Technical Expertise : Proven skills in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and electronics and programmable logic controllers (PLCs, preferably Siemens) for heavy equipment; ability to read/understand blueprints/schematics; able to work comfortably/safely at elevated heights; ability to use hand, air & electric hand tools;
+ Preference will be given Veterans and candidates with maintenance/repair experience on the following brands of heavy equipment: Kalmar, Taylor, MiJack and/or Remprex
+ Customer Focus : Ability to deliver exceptional service and training through clear communication, detailed reporting, and a problem-solving mindset.
+ Safety Commitment : Strong awareness and adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
+ Proactive Attitude : A self-driven approach to tackling challenges and continuously improving your skills.
+ Team Player : Collaboration and effective communication with colleagues and clients to achieve shared goals.
