Install Foreman**
**Job Description**
Join our team as an Install Foreman, where you will work within a small team to assemble and install furniture for local new businesses. As a Foreman, you will oversee a crew in the field and may also be required to work in the warehouse as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete furniture assembly and installation according to specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Inspect furniture for proper setup in accordance with manufacturers guidelines.
+ Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and employees of the organizations we support.
+ Load and unload furniture onto trucks.
+ Adhere to all safety procedures while performing job duties.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with hand tools, moving furniture, and working in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
+ 1 year of experience in assembling, moving, or installing furniture.
+ 1 year of experience working in a furniture warehouse.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanically inclined individuals are encouraged to apply.
+ 1 year of experience working with a moving company.
