Responsibilities
- Assess Development Needs: Identify leadership and business needs to inform program design.
- Design & Deliver Programs: Create and launch tailored leadership development programs and training materials.
- Facilitate & Support Training: Lead sessions, train facilitators, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Evaluation & Improve Programs: Use metrics to assess impact and continuously optimize training processes.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR, business leaders, and vendors to align efforts and manage resources.
- Standardization & Document Processes: Develop SOPs, curriculum maps, and facilitation guides to ensure consistency.
- Stay Current & Communicate Offerings: Monitor industry trends and effectively promote programs across the organization.
- Managing Responsibilities: sharing management based on project, contracting employees for outside vendors when needed

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in training and development, Human resources, Organizational development, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in leadership development, training, or a related field. Proven history of designing, developing, and implementing leadership development programs
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). eLearning authoring with Articulate
