This is for a home remodel and includes a small laundry room with plaster walls and a bathroom that needs new drywall. Work Needed: Scrape loose or peeling paint/texture Patch holes, cracks, and damaged spots Skim coat rough or uneven areas Sand walls smooth and ready for primer/paint No painting required just prep work Project Details: Located in downtown Racine Rooms: 1 small plaster laundry room + 1 drywall bathroom All materials (compound, tape, drywall sheets, etc.) can be provided bring your own tools Must have prior experience working with both plaster and drywall The laundry room is ready to go. It is ~6x6 ft room. I can remove all the stuff in there before you start. The bathroom still needs the shelving up from the tub, and some demo work for the old dry wall, which I can do while you finish the laundry room.
