Injection Mold Technician**

**Job Description**

As an Injection Mold Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the production of injection molding machines, tooling, and processes. You will work closely with engineers and operators to ensure efficient machine operation and high-quality production. Additionally, you will inspect parts after molding to ensure they meet quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate injection molding machines.

+ Maintain production processes and tooling.

+ Collaborate with engineers and operators for efficient machine operation.

+ Inspect molded parts to ensure quality.

**Essential Skills**

+ 2+ years of experience as an Injection Mold Technician.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Plastics Engineering Tech Degree (nice to have).

The work environment is a massive, state-of-the-art facility located in Dayton, which has been operational for the past six months. The facility is brand new, very well-lit, and equipped with modern technology and equipment.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Open ended contract. Once hired they send people back to school for trades if that is something they are interested in.
