**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Stick Welder who is willing to embrace a multifaceted role that extends beyond traditional welding tasks. This position involves working with rigging, steel, and precast steel using various techniques and tools.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform stick welding using a 70x18 welding rod.

+ Operate portable welding machines effectively.

+ Assist in rigging and handling steel/precast steel components.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient construction practices.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in stick welding techniques.

+ Ability to work with rigging and precast steel.

+ Experience with steel welding and millwright tasks.

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in stick welding.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Familiarity with various welding machines and tools.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Work Environment**

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
