1st Shift Machine Operator $21+ an hour**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Tie Rod Operator to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for operating injection molding machinery, ensuring continuous machine attention, and utilizing blueprints for part assembly and creation. The role requires you to be on your feet throughout the day and engage with multiple machines, frequently checking the quality of parts. You will collaborate with setup operators and communicate effectively with management regarding any issues.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate injection molding machinery continuously.
+ Use blueprints and work instructions for part assembly and creation.
+ Remain on your feet throughout the day between multiple machines.
+ Conduct frequent quality checks on parts.
+ Send back or reject bad parts for fixing.
+ Collaborate with setup operators as needed.
+ Communicate effectively with management and leaders about any issues.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous machine operation experience in an industrial manufacturing role (3+ years preferred).
+ Manufacturing or industrial work experience (2+ years preferred).
+ Ability to maintain pace and work independently in a cell.
+ Proficiency in working with small parts daily.
+ Capability to follow prints and work instructions.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
