TIG Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking experienced welders to join our team. The position operates Monday through Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with potential for extended hours or Saturday shifts during high order volumes. We are looking for individuals with a strong work history and expertise in Mig, Tig, and wire feed welding of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The ideal candidate should have good attendance, a focus on safety, and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform welding tasks using Mig, Tig, and wire feed techniques on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials.
+ Read and interpret blueprints related to welding projects.
+ Ensure adherence to safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
+ Participate in a welding test during the onsite interview, bringing necessary personal equipment such as helmet, leathers, and gloves.
+ Utilize fixture, jig, and work holding experience to properly position and secure parts for welding.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient in Mig, Tig, and wire feed welding.
+ Strong ability to read and interpret welding blueprints.
+ 2-5 years of experience in the welding field.
+ Solid understanding of fixture, jig, and work holding techniques.
+ Demonstrated good work history and attendance record.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ A 2-year welding degree is a plus.
+ Welding certificate with one or two weld certifications is highly desirable.
+ Ability to identify and propose process improvements.

This position operates in a machine shop environment, which involves exposure to fumes and noise. Proper safety equipment and attire, such as helmets, leathers, and gloves, are required.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr.
