Intermediate Architect

Small Midtown firm specializing in high end residential, historic preservation and building restoration seeks an Intermediate Architect with a minimum 5 to 7 years experience. Work directly with Principal and Senior Architectural staff.

Strong construction documentation skills, knowledge of NYC Zoning and Building Codes and project
Management

5-7 years work experience in all design and construction phases, including construction administration.

Experience developing, managing and coordinating drawing sets as well as shop drawing reviews

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), MS Office
