Jr. Civil Structural Engineer

Seeking a Junior Civil/Structural Engineer to support senior engineers in design and analysis of steel and concrete structures. Requirements: BS Degree in Civil Engineering with Structural emphasis from an ABET accredited university

Knowledge of U.S. Codes and standards

Familiarity with structural analysis programs; Risa/SACS experience is a plus

Preferred Skills: MS degree in Civil Engineering

Engineer in Training Certificate

Industrial and Offshore design experience

Field experiences considered a plus

Responsibilities: Perform calculations and prepare design reports under the direction of Senior Engineer

Execute computer aided design tasks

Review calculations performed by others for accuracy

Review drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications
