Project Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect with a professional degree in Architecture and a minimum of six years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will hold an Architectural Registration and demonstrate proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modeling software. A strong knowledge of sustainability and integrated design guidelines is essential, along with advanced expertise in architectural building systems, accessibility guidelines, and the QA/QC process.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
  • Research and integrate building codes into implementation documents.
  • Maintain and build client relationships.
  • Present architectural designs and plans with strong presentation skills.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modeling software.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign.
  • Advanced knowledge of sustainability and integrated design guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of architectural building systems and accessibility guidelines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect in Texas is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Revit and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge in interior design and construction administration.
Work Environment

Onsite in Dallas, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $55.00/hr.
