Hours: Avg. 55 hrs/week (some Saturdays)

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee residential roof replacements from start to finish

Maintain clear communication with homeowners, roofing crew and salesperson throughout the process

Track materials and ensure correct deliveries

Drive company pickup truck and trailer to job sites

Manage crews, timelines, and on-site safety

Ensure jobs are completed to company standards

Requirements:
Valid drivers license (clean record preferred)

Prior roofing or construction supervision experience

Strong communication and leadership skills

Able to work outdoors

Capable of working long days (average 55 hrs/week, including some Saturdays)

Compensation:
Starting at $25/hr, with room to grow based on experience
