Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager - Streetsboro, Ohio - JOB 25-01346

Salary Range: $85K - $120K Permanent Position with Benefits

Streetsboro, Ohio company is seeking to hire a Construction Project Manager to oversee building operations, accounting, design review, and management development, redevelopment and construction of historic buildings, Industrial, Manufacturing Buildings, Labs and Multifamily projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred

Contract Administration experience of cost and change order management using ProCore systems

Schedule building costs, monitor budget, and update organized reporting status

Help provide design solutions to field issues, maintain subcontractor relationships and practices

Knowledge of Construction Safety

Attend meetings on construction bid reviews and buy-out team efforts for material and sub-contracted services

Manage project team members and support staff in building development

Familiar with project management principles, methods and techniques

Create and utilize Microsoft Project Schedule and CPM analysis.

Experience with PROCORE project management software

Up to 1 to 2 days travel per month

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
