Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects in conjunction with project superintendent
- Prepare and lead project related meetings (progress, OAC, pre-installation, etc.)
- Create and update detailed project construction schedules
- Review and approve project invoices weekly
- Accurately update job costs reports and project estimated profits
- Effectively prepare competitive estimates for both self-perform trades and subcontracted work
- Manage bid processes for both hard bid and negotiated projects
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, subs, suppliers, and business partners
- Effectively prepare and manage project RFIs, submittals/shop drawing reviews, subcontract documents, contract documents, change orders and close-out documents
