THE WORK:

  • You'll act as the primary liaison and airport/owner representative, directing and managing all aspects of the project.
  • You'll develop and manage project scope to align with established goals, objectives, and budget.
  • You'll lead the procurement process, including RFP development and contractor/designer selection.
  • You'll oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of all technical, fiscal, and administrative project functions.
  • You'll direct and supervise owner's staff and stakeholders through full project delivery, ensuring compliance with airport policies.
  • You'll oversee the Design Manager and the design process, including resolution of technical issues, submittals, RFIs, and quality assurance.
  • You'll lead design reviews across all phases and manages major design changes during construction.
  • You'll coordinate construction planning with stakeholders to prioritize milestones and ensure timely execution.
  • You'll identify and mitigate design, operational, and constructability issues through field investigations and strategic planning.
  • You'll monitor construction for adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and contractual requirements.
  • You'll review change proposals, pay applications, and ensures compliance with contract terms and market value.
  • You'll prepare risk reports, construction progress updates, and enforces program standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You'll manage project closeout efficiently, ensuring all documentation, change orders, and final deliverables are completed properly.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

$151,272 - $166,400 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.

Qualification

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
  • 10 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
  • Experience with projects more than $50 million in value
  • Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional license or certifications
