Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring construction laborers for a commercial project in Louisville, KY. This position will focus primarily on cleaning up the site and assisting with general labor duties to keep the project moving safely and efficiently.

Work Scope Includes:

General site clean-up (sweeping, debris removal, organizing materials)

Moving and staging materials as needed

Assisting skilled trades and crew leads with various tasks

Maintaining a safe and organized jobsite

Following all jobsite safety protocols and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

Previous construction or general labor experience preferred

Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable transportation and consistent jobsite attendance

Strong work ethic and willingness to follow direction
