Construction Laborer - Weekly Pay! Job Description This position plays a crucial role in initiating urgent responses to damage-related projects. This position involves assessing damage, halting further deterioration, and implementing immediate mitigation measures to prepare properties for subsequent restoration phases. Tasks may include lifting carpets from flooded basements, cutting drywall to prevent mold growth, moving furniture, and setting up drying equipment to ready the property for reconstruction. Responsibilities Conduct complete demolition processes and manual labor such as water mitigation, flooring removal, and furniture relocation. Set up and dismantle equipment efficiently. Capture photographs of job sites and clean up debris. Record moisture measurements using industry-specific applications and software. Essential Skills Proficiency in restoration, drywall, demolition, construction, and mitigation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills. Current valid driver's license with a clear driving record. Plumbing experience or knowledge is helpful. Ability to lift 60 lbs. Capable of working in diverse environments including indoors, outdoors, and in inclement weather or hazardous conditions. Reliability and strong work ethic. Why Work Here?
