REQUIREMENTS
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM

• 6+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with industrial projects up to $10 M.
• A four-year degree in Construction Management or equivalent OR trade experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated leadership skills leading multi-trade construction teams.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Project management across multiple disciplines.
• Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manage project schedules, including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.
• Manage administrative tasks and project execution through project management software.
• Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
• Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Comply with State Group s standards and operating procedures, including those pertaining to ISO 9001:2015.
