Residential HVAC Installer

Were Hiring Experienced Residential HVAC Installers

Looking for a dependable HVAC installer to join our team immediately. Youll meet daily at the shop at 7AM and head out with the crew to work on residential HVAC change-outs (no new construction 100% replacement work in existing homes).

What Youll Be Doing:
-Install & replace HVAC systems (furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, electrical wiring)
-Set proper refrigerant levels and ensure airflow
-Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential systems
-Ensure installations meet safety, efficiency, and code standards

Requirements:
-Prior residential HVAC installation experience
-Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics/crawlspaces
-Background check and drug test required
-Reliable transportation to the shop daily
-Must be ready for long hoursovertime most weeks
-No specific end date long-term opportunity
