Weekly Schedule: On our weekend shift, you will only work 3 days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday on our 12 hour shift. Have your week days off!

Position Specifics:
- Location: Charter Aarrowcast: 2900 E Richmond St, Shawano, WI 54166
- Shift: Weekend only: Work Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. Night and day shift available. 12 hour shifts 7pm - 7am or 7am-7pm
As a Maintenance Technician, youll help keep the plant running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical systems. Youll work under the Maintenance Supervisor and follow safety and quality standards to reduce downtime and boost productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical issues
- Work with hydraulic systems
- Keep track of parts and tools
- Check that parts meet required specs
- Make sure all equipment is safe to use
- Fill out maintenance records and reports
- Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures
- Help train new technicians
- Join teams to improve processes and reduce costs
Weekly plant shutdown begins Fridays at 6:00 AM and ends Mondays at 6:00 AM.
What you'll need:- Technical degree in a related field, a journeymans card, or 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance
- Read and interpret technical documents
- Use electrical/mechanical testing and precision measuring tools
- Operate hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with welding and torch equipment
- Clear, effective communication with a focus on teamwork and customer service
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens PLCs and Drives
- Skilled in AC/DC motor maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Industry certifications are a plus
