- Lead project management for plumbing and mechanical work on large-scale projects.
- Coordinate and manage construction schedules and document controls.
- Supervise and support a team of top plumbers from Nebraska.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and oversee the fabrication off-site and shipment processes.
- Collaborate with general contractors and handle challenging project schedules.
- Utilize Microsoft Products and Acumatica for project documentation and management.
- Focus on underground plumbing and prepare for HVAC scope after plumbing completion.
- 10+ years of experience in Mechanical HVAC/piping/plumbing on projects over $10 million.
- Proficiency in project management within construction, mechanical, and commercial sectors.
- Expertise in construction scheduling and document controls.
- Strong history in plumbing and mechanical work.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and underground utilities.
- Experience in data centers is preferred.
- Ability to work with large-scale projects and understand underground plumbing.
The work environment includes both job trailer and office settings. Typical hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The dress code consists of work boots, jeans, and an appropriate shirt. This role requires comfort in the field and the ability to work efficiently within a smaller firm.
