What Youll Do:
As our Master Scheduler, youll be the architect of our Master Production Schedule (MPS), integrating forecasts, backlog, and real-time capacity data to keep production moving. Youll partner with cross-functional teams to create long- and mid-range plans that drive on-time delivery, balance inventory targets, and anticipate future needs.
+ Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Owning and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
+ Aligning with SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) for long-term success
+ Coordinating with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Procurement
+ Identifying scheduling risks and developing proactive solutions
+ Leading scheduling reviews and driving KPI improvements
What Were Looking For:
+ 3+ years of experience in Master Scheduling within a complex manufacturing environment
+ Strong ERP/MRP system skills and understanding of demand/supply balancing
+ Proficiency in capacity planning and constraint management
+ Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
+ A mindset for continuous improvement and data-driven decisions
Preferred but not required:
+ APICS CPIM, CSCP, or PMP certification
+ Familiarity with lean manufacturing, TOC, or similar methodologies
+ Experience in highly engineered product environments
