About the Role
We are looking for an Underground Operations Supervisor for the Resolution Copper Underground Operations and Maintenance Group, who applies effective whole-of-life asset management practices to achieve ongoing safe maintenance and operation of existing physical assets.
This is a great opportunity to lead an operations team overseeing underground logistics while assisting with contractor management. The role also includes supporting project procurement and ensuring operational readiness for smooth handovers to the maintenance department.
Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, you will be:
Supervising a team of four (4) shift leads and eight (8) hoist operators to support safe and efficient underground operations.
Assisting in contractor management to ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
Overseeing and managing underground logistics to ensure the smooth coordination of materials, equipment, and personnel.
Assisting in procurement activities by ensuring the timely acquisition of equipment and supplies for projects and asset management.
Supporting the planning and execution of shaft infrastructure upgrade
