Welder/Fabrication Specialist - 1st Shift - Direct Hire, full benefits from Day 1 Location: Bloomington, MN Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift: 1st Shift Pay: Competitive - We pay well for top talent About the Role We're looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team in building high-quality, custom signage. You'll work on a variety of projects including channel letters, monument signs, pylons, and illuminated signs. This role includes both shop work and occasional field installations. Key Responsibilities Operate fabrication equipment: routers, saws, brakes, etc. Cut, bend, weld, and assemble metal and plastic components Install LED lighting and basic electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Perform finishing work: grinding, painting, laminating, vinyl application Work with materials like aluminum, steel, acrylic, and composite panels What We're Looking For 5+ years of fabrication or welding experience (signage experience preferred) Skilled in MIG/TIG welding and metalworking Familiar with a wide range of materials and fabrication techniques Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Knowledge of UL standards for illuminated signs is a plus Why Join Us Clean, well-lit shop environment Supportive, collaborative team Opportunities for cross-training and skill development Work on unique, custom projects that make an impact Apply today to schedule a call and learn more about the opportunity.
