Project Manager - Life Science

Location: Newton, MA

Pay: $140,000 - $200,000+ (dependent on experience)

Schedule: Mix of on-site and in-office with local travel throughout Greater Boston

Our client is a veteran owned GC that provides high-quality construction management services across the Greater Boston area, with a strong reputation in the Life Science, Institutional, and Commercial sectors. Known for their technical excellence and collaborative culture, they specialize in complex, high-performance facilities like biotech labs, cGMP spaces, and R D environments. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a passion for managing technical construction projects.

What you get to do:

Lead ground-up and interior fit-out projects within the Life Science space

Manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships from start to finish

Oversee MEP coordination, cleanroom requirements, and compliance

Collaborate with designers, engineers, and subcontractors

Ensure project safety, quality, and communication at every step

What you need to succeed:

7+ years of Project Management experience

Strong background in Life Science/cGMP/cleanroom facilities

Proficiency in construction software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar

OSHA 30 certification preferred
