1st Shift MIG / TIG Welder Armada Staffing Group Fort Wayne, IN, US 5 days ago Quick Job type Full-time Quick Job description Job Duties : MIG and TIG weld steel components to join parts in industrial or manufacturing settings. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and sketches. Cut, clean, shape, and align metal parts using proper tools and techniques. Adjust welding settings and perform weld quality tests. Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and follow all safety and OSHA guidelines. Perform other duties as needed to support fabrication and production. Requirements : Proven experience in Welding, Fitting, and Fabrication. Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical sketches. Skilled in cutting, cleaning, shaping, and aligning metal parts. Experience adjusting welding settings and performing weld quality checks. Knowledge of maintaining welding equipment and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production processes. Job Details : Monday - Thursday 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm Possible overtime on Fridays and weekends. 19.00 - $21.00 per hour Two 10 minute breaks and one 30 minute break Attire : Long Pants, Steel Toed Boots, Long T-shirt. Welding Hood and gloves. Working inside a manufacturing facility.
