Production Supervisor (Fabrication / Welding)**
**Location:** Paris, KY
**Compensation:** $25$28/HR
**Schedule:** Monday Friday, 5:00 AM 5:00 PM
**Overtime:** Mandatory Saturdays due to high production volume
**Job Type:** Full-Time - Permanent position with full benefits

**About the Role:**
We are currently seeking a **Production Supervisor** with strong experience in welding or operating **press brakes** to lead our fabrication and welding operations. This role is crucial to the daily success of our machine and weld shop and requires a hands-on leader who can drive productivity, ensure safety, and support a high-performing team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Team Leadership & Supervision**
+ Supervise and train team members in the fabrication and welding departments
+ Ensure staffing levels match production needs
+ Conduct interviews and assist in hiring decisions for machine operators and welders
+ Manage employee performance through evaluations, feedback, and corrective actions
+ Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols
**Production Oversight**
+ Coordinate daily machine assignments to optimize productivity
+ Monitor production schedules and address any issues impacting on-time delivery
+ Analyze production data, including downtime and output efficiency
+ Ensure quality standards are consistently met
+ Monitor and reduce scrap and waste
**Administrative Duties**
+ Approve employee schedules, time off requests, and payroll
+ Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to production and personnel
+ Conduct cost analysis of parts and support continuous improvement initiatives
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 810 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on welding or press brake operation
+ Proven leadership experience in a fabrication or welding environment
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments
+ Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and safety compliance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field
+ Prior experience with tooling or metal fabrication processes
