A Senior Construction Project Manager is needed for a leading commercial and industrial construction organization with the project being in the greater Tulsa area. The Senior Construction Project Manager will lead and oversee the successful execution of a large construction project from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires a driven, experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple project teams while ensuring safety, quality, and financial objectives are met.
Candidates should have at least 10+ years of construction management experience and demonstrate leadership, communication, and project delivery skills. Proficiency in project scheduling, contract management, and the ability to mentor teams while effectively managing risk and change orders is essential.
This is a direct-hire role, and candidates can live remotely and travel weekly to the jobsite. This role includes auto allowance, generous travel incentive, and bonus potential. Our client is looking for candidates with an industrial or GC background.

- Drive jobsite performance by promoting safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Mentor and evaluate project team members, fostering a high-performance culture
