Heavy Equipment Operator - WEEKLY PAY - $30/Hour****
**Location: Omaha, NE**
**Pay: $25 - $30/Hour (Depending on experience!)**
**Hours: Monday thru Friday // 6AM 6PM**

This role involves operating a scraper to cut to grade, leveling and preparing the terrain for final grading by Finish Dozer operators. The operator will be responsible for efficiently moving earth by scraping and loading material into the scraper bowl for relocation or removal, ensuring the ground is even and ready for the next phase of work._**
**_Responsibilities:_**
+ _Operate heavy equipment, specifically CAT Challenger Pull Scrapers and Quadtrac Scrapers._
+ _Perform cutting to grade, evenly leveling the terrain._
+ _Conduct pre-inspection and end-of-day inspection of the equipment._
+ _Report any mechanical concerns or issues to management promptly._
+ _Ensure professional conduct and appearance according to the sites code of conduct._
+ _Communicate effectively and maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safety._
**_Skills:_**
+ _2+ years of experience operating scrapers on a commercial job site._
+ _Ability to operate heavy equipment such as CAT Challenger Pull Scrapers and Quadtrac Scrapers._
+ _Experience in commercial construction, civil construction, grading, and earthwork._
+ _Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow OSHA standards._
