The journeyman electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. They must ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation: Install wiring, conduit, fixtures, and other electrical components in new and existing systems.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Repair: Diagnose electrical problems and perform necessary repairs.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with national and local electrical codes and standards.
  • Testing: Use testing devices to identify electrical problems and ensure systems are functioning properly.

Qualifications:
