- Perform structural design and coordination for projects.
- Collaborate with BIM Designers to create construction documents and draft details in REVIT.
- Assist Project Managers with construction support tasks such as shop drawing review and answering RFIs.
- Proficiency in Autocad and REVIT.
- Experience in structural engineering, particularly in building design.
- Knowledge of structural engineering materials such as steel, concrete, wood, mass timber, and masonry.
- Experience with seismic and gravity framing systems design.
- Basic understanding of design/build codes like AISC, ACI 318, IBC, ASCE 41, and ASCE 7.
- Working knowledge of structural analysis software like RISA 3D, RAM, ETABS, Enercalc.
- Possession of a state-issued Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate.
- 0-3 years of structural engineering experience related to building design.
- Structural/Civil/Architectural Engineering degree from an ABET accredited university, preferred.
- Ability to manage time effectively, juggling multiple tasks and projects.
- Desire to provide excellent service and build client relationships.
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills.
