Hiring - Handyman/Remodel Helper

Seeking Residential Handyman/Remodel Helper - With 2 to 5 years experience - Part time to start, but could turn into a full time position for the right person.

Work includes residential maintenance/repairs and remodeling. This position requires some skill diversity, tools and appropriate work vehicle for the job, (Full size van, box truck or pickup with trailer would be alright).

You will need to be proficient in some of the skills listed below -

Interior -

Plumbing - Fixture Repair & Replacement - Water Damage Detection & Repair

Drywall - Repair & Finishing - Carpentry Repairs

Cabinet Repairs - Tile Repairs and Replacement

Caulking - General,Tub & Shower Caulking

Lighting Fixture Repair & Replacement - Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Alarm Replacement

Outlet/Switch Trouble Shooting Repair and Replacement

Exterior -

Siding Repair and Replacement - Deck Repair and Replacement

Window & Door Repair and Replacement - Minor Roofing Repair

Exterior Lighting Repair & Replacement - Exterior Caulking & Painting

Pressure Washing - Fence Repair & Replacement

This is a Mid skill level Position - Need "verifiable" work history and support skill level. Must be open to taking direction and learning/refining new skills as needed.
