JOB REQUIREMENTS: Seeking an experienced TIG/MIG Welder to perform

high-precision welds in a NADCAP-certified aerospace environment. This

hands-on role involves working with stainless steel, laser welding

systems, and inspection tools. Ideal for detail-oriented welders with

strong technical skills and a commitment to quality. What You\'ll Do:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel (.030\" and .045\") with

precision and consistency Work across a variety of projects involving

aerospace-certified processes Operate and inspect using tools such as

micrometers, calipers, and gauges Collaborate with a team in a

fast-paced, high-standard environment Contribute to other tasks and shop

support activities when not actively welding What We\'re Looking For:

Technical school diploma or welding certificate Proven proficiency in

TIG and MIG welding Manual dexterity and attention to detail Experience

with machine shop equipment (manual or CNC lathes) is a plus Team player

mindset must be open to assisting with non-welding tasks as needed Must

pass a hands-on weld test in both MIG & TIG disciplines Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor for up to 10 hours per day, plus

overtime as needed Able to lift up to 20 lbs continuously throughout the

shift Must speak, read, and understand English Ability to work

independently and within a team High School Diploma or GED required
